2010 - 2011 Dance Season Registration
Please fill out and print the form in the link below to register for the 2010-2011 dance season. Once you have submitted the form please bring payment to the studio to finish your registration. If registering before September 1, 2010 registration fee is $29.00. If registering after September 1, 2010 registration fee is $32.00. This fee is due for each child and guarantees the child's spot in any class at the studio.
